Emerging from the design and delivery of the award-winning Kinsale Distillery, KDS now helps distilleries, brands, and investors nationwide to thrive—even during industry downturns. We specialize in stabilising, restructuring, and unlocking value from whiskey assets.

The EIIS Opportunity

The Employment and Investment Incentive Scheme (EIIS) enables eligible investors to reduce their income tax by up to 50% in the year of investment. To qualify, shares must be held for at least 4 years. The scheme supports job creation and R&D.

Investment Range: €4,000 to €500,000 per investor per year

Projected Return: Estimated value at exit: €1.259 per €1 share after 4.5 years
